As you know, having your vehicle damaged, then having to take time and trouble to find and decide which body shop to entrust the repairs, starts out as a very negative experience from the onset.  However, because your Estimator, Jason Campbell, was so nice, professional, and cooperative, he helped turn an unpleasant situation into a positive one, with his forthright and honest demeanor.  He won our confidence form the start, and that is why we gave him our car to be repaired.
